Araz joined Northcorp in 2022, she is an active member of the project team with an extensive experience in Medium & Large-scale of Residential, Commercial & Retail projects with a demonstrated history of working in Construction industry. She manages & supervises many projects, preserves until the desired result is achieved.
PROJECT MANAGER
Mike is an experienced Project Manager at Northcorp, where he oversees the delivery of high-end Fit Out and construction projects across Dubai. With a background in architecture and over a decade of international project exposure, Mike ensures the seamless coordination of design, planning, and execution. His leadership spans the full project lifecycle, from concept to handover, prioritizing quality, stakeholder alignment, and timely completion.
ARCHITECT
Shabnam joined Northcorp in 2024. She brings hands-on experience in concept design assistance, site drawings and documentation, as well as coordination with MEP design teams. She plays an active role in drawing issuance and contributing to the seamless delivery of projects across various stages. Skilled in 3D modeling, she brings visual precision and design clarity to her work.
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Nagham joined Northcorp Group as an architect, bringing over 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and coordination across Syria and Dubai. At Northcorp, she plays an integral role in ensuring that architectural drawings remain up to date with evolving site conditions and client requirements. Her work includes close coordination with various departments and occasional site visits to maintain project alignment and quality.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Joby joined Northcorp in 2014, having worked on interior joinery fit out projects in India and the Middle East since the late 1990s. Competent at all project stages from concept tendering to completion, he has completed multiple large-scale interior joinery projects in the office and hotel sectors, as well as in the high-end residential market where he has overseen luxury finishes.
Design Manager
Michel joined Northcorp Group in 2021. An astute architect, he brings a versatile experience in architecture and hands-on design development to the company. In addition, he is specialized in coordinating closely between the different aspects of a project from brief to completion. Michel has compiled a comprehensive background in multiple building types with an expertise in retail, residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Business Development Manager
Hala has been in Northcorp since 2009. Her background roots back to public relations, sales & marketing and business development. She has successfully brokered opportunities for Northcorp with local and federal government departments as well as with a range of high-profile retail, banking and pharmaceutical clients.
Finance Manager
Farooq joined NorthCorp in August 2008. He is responsible for a wide variety of internal and external controls, auditing, taxation, budgeting and working capital management, as well as devising strategic and financial planning for the company, including business planning and functional planning. He acts as the commercial liaison and coordinator with all stakeholders, overseeing legal operations and contract management. Farooq has accrued more than 11 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked in several internal, external, system, cost and project auditing positions in Pakistan.

Firas joined Northcorp Group in 2007. A qualified architect, he has brought his experience in architecture and interior fit out design and execution to the company, specializing particularly in bespoke projects for clients seeking signature designs and premium quality materials and finishing. Firas has accumulated a substantial portfolio of corporate designs, commercial offices, retail solutions and executive residences. He is an active member of several contemporary architectural groups.
Managing Director & Partner
Having attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 1999, Elie joined his family’s business in Lebanon, Barakat Contracting & Maintenance. He worked alongside the Group CEO to successfully expand operations into Jordan. In 2004, they established Northcorp Contracting in Dubai with Elie taking on the role of Managing Director. He quickly secured corporate contracts with local and international clients, with repeat commissions becoming a key feature of the business.
