Nithin previously occupied the post of Joinery Draughtsman in India and Dubai. He holds an Interior Design diploma.

Raji holds a BSc Hons in Electronic Engineering and has held the post of Draughtsman in several Dubai based companies.

Complementing her BSc Hons in Electrical Engineering, Hala is an active member of the Society of Engineering (UAE), Sudanese Engineering Society and Sudanese Engineering Council. She previously held electrical engineering and installation inspection posts in Sudan and the UAE.

He worked extensively on a diverse range of MEP projects in his home country India and then joined forces in 2015 with prominent MEP contractors in Dubai as a Project Engineer. He is involved in design, estimations, project execution for Northcorp projects.
Holder of a professional degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA in operation & HR and an active member in society of engineers, Shahbaz has contributed to major projects including Burj Daman Hotel, Luxury Villas in Kempinski Hotel & Penthouse in Fairmount hotel Dubai.

Sonai is involved in the MEP design, specializing in HVAC design. He works with a dedicated team for Northcorp projects, by providing estimations, programming projects, and managing site execution as per project programs. Holder of a Degree in Mechanical engineering, Sonai expanded his knowledge by getting HVAC design certificate (KHDA Approved), and by taking part in a vocational training in ENOC Safety Training and First Aid international certification. He is an active member of the Society of Engineers (UAE).

Throughout his distinguished 12-year career, Ahmad has consistently exhibited a sharp talent for effectively managing project teams, ensuring that projects are completed not only on time and within budget but also in strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills have empowered him to address intricate engineering challenges head-on, all while proposing innovative and pioneering solutions.

Araz holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering & Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the Society of Engineers (SOE) & Syrian Engineers Association (OSEA).

Before joining Northcorp, she held Project Engineer / Architect position in many companies in Syria, UAE, Oman & Bahrain.

Before joining Northcorp, Mike managed major projects across the Philippines, Singapore, and Libya, including urban planning and infrastructure such as hotels, campuses, and airports. His work on the Benghazi City rehabilitation highlights his ability to lead in challenging environments.
Mike is committed to strategic, detail-oriented project management that aligns with Northcorp’s standards of excellence and innovation.

She graduated from Tehran Azad University with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering. She continues to develop her technical expertise while ensuring design integrity is maintained from concept to execution.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Damascus University and is known for her detail-oriented approach, flexibility, and strong communication skills that support successful project delivery across all phases,from design development to on-site implementation

Joby has contributed to major projects including the Ministry of Finance, Sharjah, Layia Oak Hotel, Dubai, Luxury Villas at Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah and Arabian Ranches, Dubai. Joby has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering as well as a supplementary vocational training qualification in AutoCAD.

Michel graduated from the Lebanese University with a Master’s Degree in Architecture. He is a member of the Engineers & Architects Syndicate (OEA) and the Society of Engineers (SOE). He has been accredited with Trakhees for the Blue and White Code (Dubai Municipality). Before joining Northcorp, he acquired an extensive and diverse experience in architectural design in prominent design firms in the region.

Farooq is a member of renowned accounting and auditing associations, namely the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Accountant and Auditors Association (UAECA) and the Iinstitute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA). He holds a BSc Hon in applied accounting from Oxford Brooks University UK, and has completed an extensive number of reputable continuing professional development courses and programs..

In addition to her BA in Public Relations, Hala holds a Higher Diploma in Media. She maintains currency through undertaking a range of sales and marketing courses. Hala carries a pivotal role in representing clients and ensuring quality service is meeting the highest expectations. Hala has just completed her MBA degree.

Firas gained his Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Lebanese University. Before joining Northcorp, he acquired diverse experience in architectural and managerial roles in leading firms in Lebanon and UAE.

Elie also established Northcorp LLC (Fit Out Contracting) in 2004, later adding Northcorp Industries to the Group in 2008, Northcorp Qatar in 2009 and Northcorp Iraq in 2014. Since 2004, he has grown the company to its current complement of over 150 managers, site operatives and other staff. As well as his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Elie also holds an MBA.
