Stage 01Design & Planning

Our diverse group includes architects, designers, engineers, project managers, estimators, carpenters, furniture specialists, assembly technicians, and more. DESIGN & PLANING
This stage involves understanding the client’s requirements, budget, timeline, and objectives. Our design team works closely with the client to create a conceptual design and develop detailed plans. This includes space planning, layout design, material selection, and creating 3D visualizations if needed. The client’s feedback and approval are crucial.
PROCUREMENT
Once the design is finalized, the procurement process begins. We guide you through the material selection process, ensuring that the chosen materials meet your requirements for quality, durability, and aesthetics. Our team leverages our network of trusted suppliers to source premium materials that enhance the fit-out Project.
Construction
This stage involves activities such as demolition (if needed), partitioning, electrical and plumbing work, flooring installation, ceiling installation, painting, carpentry, and any other necessary construction tasks. Throughout the fit-out process, our dedicated project management team oversees the coordination of all activities.
Quality Control
We are committed to conducting regular inspections and implementing comprehensive quality control checks to ensure excellence at every step. No detail is left unchecked as we meticulously verify that every element, from fixtures to finishes, meets our stringent quality requirements. We ensure that the final outcome of your fit-out project reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
Hand over
Once the fit-out project has been completed and all necessary inspections have been conducted, the space is handed over to the client. A final walkthrough is often done with the client to ensure that all requirements have been met and any outstanding issues are addressed. The client’s acceptance of the completed fit-out works is typically documented in a handover certificate together with the asbuilts.
Post handover support
At Northcorp, our commitment to client satisfaction extends beyond the handover phase. As fit-out contractors, we provide comprehensive post-completion support to address any issues.
